Where is my data?

Medication and intake records are stored locally on your iPhone. They do not sync between the simulator and a physical device.

Why is there no suggestion yet?

Adaptive reminder suggestions appear after a medication and dose have been logged on at least five days in a similar time window.

How do I erase everything?

Delete individual history entries in the app, or delete Simple Dose Log from your iPhone to remove all locally stored app data.

Overview

Simple Dose Log stores medication names, dose options, intake history, learned timing patterns, and approved reminder settings locally on your iPhone.

Data collection

The developer does not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share personal data from the app. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Information on your device

Your records remain in the app’s local data container. The developer does not operate an account system or cloud database for the app.

Notifications and Siri

Approved reminders are scheduled locally through iOS. Siri passes the medication and dose to the app to create a local record.

Retention and deletion

Records remain until you delete them. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to standard iOS backup behavior.
