Medication and intake records are stored locally on your iPhone. They do not sync between the simulator and a physical device.
Adaptive reminder suggestions appear after a medication and dose have been logged on at least five days in a similar time window.
Delete individual history entries in the app, or delete Simple Dose Log from your iPhone to remove all locally stored app data.

Effective September 8, 2026
Simple Dose Log stores medication names, dose options, intake history, learned timing patterns, and approved reminder settings locally on your iPhone.
The developer does not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share personal data from the app. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Your records remain in the app’s local data container. The developer does not operate an account system or cloud database for the app.
Approved reminders are scheduled locally through iOS. Siri passes the medication and dose to the app to create a local record.
Records remain until you delete them. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to standard iOS backup behavior.
